To this day we delight in the details, for example perfectly aligned tile seams even around difficult bathroom corners, and the design suggestions they made to improve traffic- and light-flows through the apartment. Modern Construction was incredibly careful with our budget, stretching it to the max while using the best quality materials, and they were always ahead of schedule and looking out for us.
